This exclusive event marks the first time that the music-inspired works by famed French Impressionist Edgar Degas will be assembled for exhibition. Degas & Music will feature a rich and varied group of some twenty-five works by Degas, centered on The Hyde Collection’s own superb holdings. Loans of major works from national and European institutions will be complemented by little-known images in private hands, and there will be a fully illustrated, scholarly catalogue.
